That will bring you to the first page where you will start entering your basic information. Then click on the button at the bottom of the page that says Get a Quote Now. On the next screen, you will see the same quotes I sent you in the email. If you then click on the red button that says Apply, the main application becomes available to you.

Fill it out carefully, step by step. After you submit the form I suggest you back space once and print out a copy for your records. Usually, within the first 2-3 days after submitting the form, you will get a call from the insurance company for a brief phone interview. Everything being okay, a few days after that you should get notification of your acceptance. Don't cancel any other health insurance until you are approved.
